  1. I need a half a million dollars worth of these bills because I want to show my appreciation and pay off a mod for having nuked the w ***er thread ๐Ÿคฃ Kenny
  2. I don't care if they have to charge me a small service fee for using these bills because I'm suffering from a severe case of chronic muscle stiffness. Having said that ! I sure hope The Local Massage Parlor will accept this form of currency as a down payment on future services ! Kenny
  3. What ...does having the last name of Benny and using it in this thread mean we have to get off the highway ? ๐Ÿง Alright Phono Brainer! Before you force me and Jack Benny to exit highway ! You need to show us your gun and badge ๐Ÿคฃ Kenny
  4. When a top ranked fighter gets older often times they start having that look ..... Here he is when he was younger and the reigning World Champion .... Anyway I met Benny The Jet under spontaneous circumstances a few times around No Ho ...He was very friendly to me and it wasn't because I had any special ability's . Benny was just an open friendly guy that loved to talk and tell story's about the sport . Benny may have been super fierce in the ring but I got the impression that he genuinely loved people and he would help them in any way he could. I was training in North Hollywood at a well known Korean Dojang . This Dojang wound up being used as a location where they filmed a lot of the Karate School scenes in most of The Karate Kid Movies . One of my instructors back then was Thomas Ian Griffith who played an evil โ€˜Senseiโ€™ ( the guy on the left ) in The Karate Kid 3 . At the time Thomas was also studying with Benny The Jet in addition to teaching at the Dojang where I trained . Every week I had to spar Thomas at the end of the class and he beat the living tar out of me all across the mat from left to right top to bottom and every inch in between . I could not even land one punch or kick no matter how hard I tried ๐Ÿ˜œ Whew....He could have hurt me ..but he never did ! Those were fun times , Kenny
  5. Hey what's the story here ๐Ÿง ...are you trying to flood the market with these bills ? Kenny
  6. Benny The Jet Urquidez . World Champion Kickboxer and Martial Arts choreographer . David Lee Roth and Eddie Van Halen used to train and work out with Benny . That's the secret on how they got to be so good at all those flying kicks and jumps they did on stage. Kenny
  7. What about I. K. Multimedia ? Maybe they will take them !๐Ÿ˜ Kenny

  12. "I say we use water pistols and foam nun-chucks....we don't want people around here to get hurt" Haven't we all heard about Fight Clubs don't talk don't talk don't tell policy ? We on the other hand like to talk about all of our fights because our female referees ( orange tank tops ) are trained to assist and comfort all cf the brawlers . No matter what injuries and fighting skills the fighters may or may not posses has little impact and makes no difference what so ever . Once the fight is over our referees set out to clean up the wreckage of the fight . During the intensive clean up process they have yet to find a fighter with a BO BO they couldn't make feel better once they gave it a little TLC and a Kiss . So Yes ! It's all about love Kenny
  13. I'm old enough to remember this one . Kenny
  14. When it comes to walking the walk ! Lets not forget this one . Kenny
  15. Here's Johnny Smith playing a little song he wrote ๐Ÿ˜‰ His fingers are sure having a relaxing walk all over his guitars fret board Kenny
  16. "Oh, great! Does this mean I have to grow a beard and a poney tail, wear thick glasses, sandals, and tye dye shirts, and smoke weed now? " I read your opening post and musically it seems you have high standards and you have kept an open ear to music ... As far as growing a beard and all that Jazz . Wait until your in your 60's . It wouldn't be fair to all us old folks if you showed up and took all the womenz away from us . ๐Ÿ˜„ Kenny
  17. I'm glad it made life easier for you . IMHO That article was so hard to navigate .I wound up puting up with the click bait aspect long enough to make the list and I'm glad I did . I'm with most folks here I don't agree with the order and numeric aspect of the rankings some of the guitarist received . It seems The Three Kings made the list 22 Albert King 19 Freddy King 8 B.B. King Then we have some other Kings that made the list 210 Kaki King ? 122 King Sunny Ade 100 Kerry King I am thoroughly convinced that bapu could have easily made the list and earned the respect he greatly deserves for having invented The A minor chord . Yep King Bapu! seems to have a nice ring to it . So does Bapu King ! all the best , Kenny King ๐Ÿคฃ
  18. Apparently he is only halfway there . To go full out epic guitar critic of the universe he needs to cross his arms as tight as he can . Then for the maxim effect he can hold the pose until he hyperventilates and looses consciousness .๐Ÿ˜œ Kenny
  19. If you want to see 80's rock stars . Look in the incontinence supplies aisle of the liqueur store ๐Ÿคช Kenny
  20. Wow ! This brings back memories . I haven't talked to either of these two guys in years ... I didn't want to interrupt them๐Ÿ˜€ Kenny
  21. Put on them knee high water proof boots fellas . Here comes a real tidal wave of a whooper ๐Ÿ˜ I wrote this speech way back in the 80's, The thing is back then and up until today , nobody ever voted for me . For Sale cheap ! one unused acceptance speech . Friends , fellow guitar players , and musicians ! Let me say with out hesitation that I accept this great honor of being voted the best guitarist of the 80's I accept this honor with pride , gratitude and a full heart . Most of all I thank you for the confidence you express in me. Today I thank you in words . After today , I hope to translate my appreciation into deeds , and new music worthy of your continued appreciation . Thank you again ! all the best , Kenny PS: strummy ! It's yours for free if you want it. Change a few words here and there and use it as your landslide victory speech in the Honorary Mention section of my thread for your win as the # 251 Greatest Guitarists of all time .๐Ÿ˜
  22. ๐Ÿ˜ Hey strummy ! The results are in and You have just Won the highly coveted # 251 slot on Kenny's Rolling Stone list by a crushing landslide of twice the votes to the nearest competitor . Congratulations my friend Kenny
  23. I need to come back later and back track on some posts I have just skipped over , in the mean time I have strong feelings about a few excluded guitar players ... George Benson should have been on the list .I don't know what they were thinking excluding him . Wes , and Grant Green were early influences for him yet George took it to a whole other place . Joe Pass not included in the list ! are you kidding me ? Back then the only real emerging innovator on solo jazz guitar was Lenny Breau .....he was a hidden treasure ...very few players knew who he was ...When Joe came out with The Virtuoso series of records his recordings of solo unaccomplished jazz guitar playing literately created a whole new listening experience for fans of Jazz Guitar . Like Andrรฉs Segovia he created a whole new place for the guitar in guitar history . I feel very fortunate to have met him back then and I hung out with him often . He mentored me ...Thank You Joe ! I happen to think Al Di Meola could have easily earned a place on the list had the R S writers took a little Vaseline rubbed it on their necks and pulled their heads out of their butts ...they could have left one of the modern mini skirted bad girl Hoochie coochie mamas off the list to make a place for him When Al Di Meola hit the scene with Chick Corea and Return to Forever back in the 70's man oh man .....the ensemble playing in RTF was seriously off the charts and up until that point even though we had great fusion guitar players in that era ( Holdsworth , Abercrombie , Connors ) Al's playing in RTF occupied a whole other place in fusion because he had the ability and chops to have played effortlessly accurate at crazy tempos all the guitar parts that were not improvised / integral parts of Chicks compositions ....Then when you add Music like this he did from the 70's how can anyone say he doesn't deserve to be on the list .... PS I understand that not every one is into this sort of music but hey I am ( or I was ) Kenny
