  1. I found another solution: Uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2015, 2013... Restart your PC, then, Install Cakewalk again. There will be no problems during the installation. When you open the program, Cakewalk, an error may appear... If it is about a missing .dll you can download and install it manually in the program folder (right click on the program icon and open file location, copy and paste the .dll). "Example: Download VCRUNTIME140_1.dll, copy it... Go to C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Cakewalk Core and paste the .dll" After installing the .dll, you can open the program.
