Thank a lot, everybody!

Hi! Sorry for a noob question, I feel very stupid right now. I've downloaded some instruments from the Internet and want to make them available in Cakewalk to replace built-in Windows drums, bass, etc. I've been trying to do this for a couple of days now and I can't find any tutorial on how to do this. Can someone please point me to some video or tutorial? Thank you and sorry if I posted this in a wrong section
