Hi! I have just started my Composer Cloud subscription and i would like to understand how to get the best from hollywood orchestra. is there some cakewalk project around using this VSTi? I'm not looking for a template, but more for a way to understand how to use the different articulation, mix, etc...

as long as i will not have to learn a brand new DAW system, i'll stick with cakewalk. I'm with them since 25 years! please make the transition effortlessly and don't change the "user experience" too much. Otherwise, if i have to "learn" too much things and have to change my workflow too much, switching to cubase may have added values such as extended compatiblity with external controllers...

I use AZSlow as ACT controller for Cakewalk but when it comes to assign my hardware CC to knobs of some plugins, the assignments are not saved/stored for the next project... is there some workaround or somewhere I should look?? I see no panel to save the ACT assignment for a plugin: there are ways to store VST plugin presets, ACT controllers preset, but not the particular knob assignment i'm doing for a particular plugin. I have a Nektar Panorama P6 which has a control surface that supports cubase. will this work with the mackie emulation in the new cakewalk version?

I am assigning the controllers to Kontakt 6 in the Rack Synth, to get easier access to the knobs regardless of the kontakt instrument I load. Everything is working, I'm assigning the remote controller to my external hardware and it works even if change the kontakt instrument. I have made a blank cakewalk template so that, each time I load the template, I expect kontakt and its assignement are automatically loaded. BUT.... this not happens! the controllers are not saved!!!!!!!! next time I load the template the synth assignment is blank!!! this is really annoying and I feel it is a bug... could you please check!?? thanks!!!

I would REALLY like to be able to rearrange the order of the loaded instruments in the rack synth! :)

I would like Sonar to load a specific project (a template) at startup. now it load a blank project! how can i do it? which is the name of the startup project and its folder location?
