They're about equal tbh since the SLP10 release, although I find SLP10 seems to do a better job on the bass. For vocals, not a lot in it 🙂 RipX is better over the earlier SLP9 though.

Me too. I wish Eventide and Sonnox had something similar. Never get any emails about updates, literally have to login and check every product.

If you need the installers they are usually saved on your PC (windows) prior to install. Mine are stored in my downloads folder "C:\Users\YourName\Downloads" Then I copy them over to my other drive.

I have a feeling the mercury bundle will suffer with lack of new plugins being added.

Initially when I updated them after the new Waves Central update and plugin updates , Studio One wouldn't load them, I had to do a complete full scan in Studio One by clicking "Remove Plug-in Settings", after that they worked fine, mine are all version 14 though 🙂 EDIT: The only thing I noticed afterwards was my initial plugin size for waves was reset back to the default.

I've been getting Windows virus notification the past couple of weeks with NI stuff.

I did actually WUP a couple of days before, so I knew I was good for at least a year. I never had a problem with WUP, is it perfect? NO, needs to be looked at. I don't begrudge companies needing to pay staff to update software it takes time and resources, but paying over and over again for what you already have doesn't sit well, more so for those on Mac and all the updates needed of late for those people, most other companies offer these updates for free.

Has anyone else noticed in the PA installation manager that some bought products don't show up under "My Products"? Two in particular I've notice are... Kirchhoff EQ (I have to go to all products to select it. Was a transfer from ThreeBodyTech) and Wedge Force Keemun (doesn't show up at all even when all products are shown) there may be others but I have so many its hard to tell.

I wonder how much of this is because of legal issues rather than listening.?

I did exactly this last night, we`ll have to wait and see what happens. I'm lucky to have most bundles including Mercury something I could have never afforded back in the day. Only through upgrades and discounts over several years was this possible for me personally 🙂

Speaking as someone who has created 3 libraries for onmisphere (2 free 1 paid) I appreciated how much time and effort goes into making them So $149 at base price for patches, sound sources and new effects, isn't that bad for what you get and the amount of time gone into making it. I've created hundreds of my own patches from scratch over time and find Omnisphere a really powerful sound design tool if you know how to use it. I'm still finding out things in Omnisphere I never knew about! Always learning 🙂 Is Omnisphere perfect? no, definitely room for improvements for sure. I have lots of other synths form other companies too as I'm sure you all have, but 99% of the time end up back in Omnisphere. Spectrasonics have been pretty generous with free updates over the years, they are a good solid company worth supporting IMHO. Talking of what Reid said RE updates, I bought their "Atmosphere" vst years ago, obviously the don't sell it now, but all the content from that product ended up in Omnisphere. So, would Omnisphere 3 if it was ever released have all the Sonic Extensions added? who knows, but I would expect a serous discount if they were to be added. Need to login on waves site, go to account, click on "get latest version" once I had done that I went to waves central and needed to reinstall Mercury.

Included in the Mercury bundle 🙂 make sure you log in to waves and click the "get latest version" link for it to show up.
