  1. Hello. I'm having trouble connecting my audio device to Cakewalk. I am using the TC Helicon Guitar Pro as a sort of pre-amp (i have a better pre-amp in my setup before the helicon), and I connect the Helicon to my PC via USB. When i try to connect it I get the alert: "Audio engine dropout". My computer does not in of itself have trouble using the TC Helicon, in my settings on my computer it recognizes the Helicon as an input device and it works, but in cakewalk is does not. Is there something obvious that i'm missing or is the Helicon just not compatible with Cakewalk?
  2. Hey everyone. I'm fairly new to Cakewalk and recording in general, so I do not know if this is a possibility, but I want to use cakewalk as a live looper station. In Garageband they have the feature 'merge recordings' (I think its called), that kinda works like a loop station, but I wonder if Cakewalk has such feature. I haven't really done any "research" or experimented an awful lot with cakewalk so maybe it's an obvious question. I have a looper station - the Looper RC - 300. But it seems to be much more smooth when using a DAW for looping.
