Does anyone know how to select, copy and paste tempo markers to a new time. I can select and copy one at a time, but I want to select all tempo markers (which I can do in the markers view), but I don't know how to paste them to a new time.

I had this problem and I fixed it by selecting the track and changing all notes to midi channel 6. The quiet notes were on channel 1. Verify it with the midi inspector in the control bar.
