When I emulate the player positions of a large symphonic orchestra  this is the mixdown layout that I use

because it represents the normal seating arrangement for the musicians.

"Frenzy" is my composition for solo Cello with Piano.

(My stereo separation on the mixdown is much too wide.  The instruments should be closer to each other.  Sorry 'bout that.)

You are entirely correct.  Maintenance of that website was woefully lacking.  Also,  Garritan abandoned it and, as far as I know, was never heard from again.

A little Latino musica now.  This is my "Bossa Cinco".

Notice that I  put the solo instruments just a little bit ahead of the beat.  This give a "driving" quality to your compositions.

I am not making a penny by maintaining my music website.  I pay for it because I have hopes that someone will listen to my music efforts and maybe enjoy at least some of it.  I am certainly not wealthy, so that doesn't factor into the equation.  I am eighty-six years old but that isn't important either.

Shut up, Larry, and get on with life!  😂

My "Exercise In A For Cello" is technically difficult to perform, but it IS playable at a slower tempo.

A harpsichord supplies accompaniment.
