So unique. It makes me think of Vai's Flexable Leftovers. I enjoyed it. I noticed instrumentation following the voice at one point, (or is it throughout?). Who's the main influence for something like this, Zappa or...?

Laid back breathy intro. I'm really enjoying this. Has a wonderful feel that I get when listening to the instrumental from Honolulu City Lights. I really enjoy this composition. The instruments, construction. Those breathy vocals are legit..love what you're doing man!

I like the dense mix with everything move. Nice shimmery with "welcome to the mystery". Wonderful change. The background vox parts sound kewl. I like how things change up and the movement you make in the mix. Real guitar with ebow? Sounds like stuff I'd hear Vai do. I like the long lines you're doing there. This is really interesting and pleasant. Ok, the next song came on and I see the long guitar lines are a part of your style. There's a Steely Dan-ish-ness to your vocals.

Interesting, feelings of Men At Work, Wham. I like it...that guitar tone is excellent and well played, (is that a real guitar?). Nice...

What a fun intro. Love that arpeggio part, (what instrument/vst is that?) and it all sounds great. I'm with garybrun in that I hear it as a bigger song in my head, (Maybe adding a bunch of instruments during the chorus?) It has the feel of a sunrise/new horizon like Where theStreets Have No Name. And it felt like it ended to quick. Keep up the good work.

Second tune I've listened to by you and I love it that you're not pedestrian and are exploring creative paths. It sounds like beginnings of a theatrical score with a touch of Zappa phrasing here and there. Thanks for sharing...

I've heard this one before but don't see that I've commented so...Nice intro. Phil Collins-esque in vocal sound and a great performance to boot. The playing is good, the instruments interact well where they come in and out. Nicely done...

Roughly 7 minutes in? "One more year and I'll be gone for good"? It sounds like music for a stage play. Straightforward...nice keys in the change up. Can totally see this in a play. Nice work!

This is fun. Nice work on the cello. Listening to it on my laptop speakers so I can't tell if there's too much low end. This is smooth. The formant/quack, (guitar?) is a nice touch. All the instruments are having a nice give and take here. I can hear this on a windham hill spring sampler for sure. Nice!

Love the drum opening and the winsome phrasing. With the chosen instruments it almost makes me think of Stuart Copeland' solo stuff. You got chops on the guitar. It might have been interesting to hear the drums change up at some point? If you leave it the way it is now it'll keep a kewl Donkey Kong side scrolling video game feel to it. Listening to your next song and that one feels video gamey as well. (Stewart Copeland did a Spryro game I think). Fun exploration!

Congrats on getting some recording done. As a business owner I know what you're saying... Nice work on a solid foundation. Too much high end content on each track? Try experimenting with taking an LPF and drag it back until it starts taking out content you want to keep. Keep up the good work.

The bass sounds awesome. Great vocals, nice delay...everything seems to add to the song. I got to the end and was waiting for it to break back in to song.

Hard to hear in the mix but the orchestration sounds kewl and I really like it! It's reminiscent of what I enjoy in listening to the Tubular Bells intro. Good work...

Hey hey...I recognized it, which I wasn't sure I was going to when I saw "traditional scottish folk song". Nice guitar tone and playing. My only crit is the relentless double hits on the snare but I enjoyed it.

Yeah...I can see 8 bit Mario sauntering through a world like this...nice changes and movement. A little soothe or Gullfoss to tame the high end would have made it easier on the ears but I like the arrangement and how it slowed down at the end instead of just cutting off. I thought it was very creative.

That's really good, I wasn't sure I heard the first phrase correctly but I'm glad that blues are universal no matter where you wind up leaving everything. 😉

With my musical past I kept expecting, "Gen'rals gathered in their masses," on the intro of the first tune. Like the rawness...
