That is my case, as reported before in this thread, when logged in my prices never match the announced sales, i supose it adds taxes and end up always being pricier than in other places
If PB were to charge me excessive sales tax without justification,I would take the same action.
Have to say, however, that I haven´t had similar problems with PluginBoutique.com.
I'm curious to know how and if PB will fix this issue or at least clarify the situation.

I wanted to purchase a deal of TC Electronic at Plugin Boutique, but when I logged in the price in the cart raised by more than 50% !!!!
Even if we have very high VAT taxes in Sweden, this exceeds the tax by far! Are they crazy or is this the usual hidden EU customs duty???
Or you have to pay 50% Vat cause the gov' t needs some extra money.

The 25% VAT in Sweden shouldn't be the reason for a 50 percent price increase.
Are you sure you don't owe the Plugin Boutique shop any money or have stolen the owner's girlfriend?
Just asking.

I actually quite like wasted space. it sounds cool to me.
Yep, it sounds very good and gives a glue on the hi hat with a certain preset.

In this situation, you might want to consider trying a Kingston Fury Beast 5600 RAM stick, although that would obviously be a compromise on your part regarding XMP aso.
The Kingston Fury Best RAM sticks work great for me.
-
I totally understand your frustration!
It can be really tricky navigating RAM specifications, especially when it comes to native speeds versus overclocked speeds. It sounds like you have a solid preference for Kingston, given your positive experiences over the years.
Finding native 5600 CL30 RAM can indeed be a challenge, as many manufacturers list their overclocked speeds prominently, which can be misleading. If you're set on Kingston, it might be worth reaching out to their customer support or checking their forums to see if they have any recommendations for RAM that meets your criteria.

Yes, the 6000 MHz RAM can generally be underclocked to 5600 MHz, and it won't negatively affect latency. Here's why:
Underclocking RAM: When you underclock RAM (lower its speed from 6000 MHz to 5600 MHz), the memory will operate at the lower frequency without any significant issues.
If you're trying to manually adjust the memory settings (speed and latency), make sure to test for stability.
While underclocking may not affect latency directly, it's a good idea to make sure your motherboard and BIOS/UEFI settings allow for the adjustment you want.
Overall, underclocking the 6000 MHz RAM to 5600 MHz should be fine and will not negatively affect latency.

Hmm, for me Sine crashed a lot on Windows 10, so I uninstalled it.
In that situation I would have done the same thing if I were you.
Then I'll correct or clarify my statement:
Sine, or rather the orchestra, runs on my Win 11 - Intel i7 12700k PC without any problems so far.

The entire library is now downloaded and installed on my PC
. I'm very surprised by the good sound quality of the samples.
I haven't noticed any latency issues so far, but I haven't tested all the libraries yet. In my opinion, this is a very good orchestral library for Windows users.

Sine Player - no thanks.
I read reports in a forum describing latency issues for Mac users.
However, there are also several reports of win user that report no latency issues with Sine Player.
Can anyone confirm this?

Still haven't found a solid answer. What I have found is, in the price range I'm looking at I can't find a single mobo that has all the same gen pcie slots and it makes sense after really reading up on it.
PCIe 4 has gpu and 1st m.2 slot shared Gen 4, and any others are Gen 3. Gen 5s have shared Gen 5 gpu and 1st m.2 slot and the rest Gen 4.
So, what I'll do is get Gen 5 so it's a little future proof for future gpu's and use the Gen 4 m.2 slots for drives.
I can't imagine any of it really matters. I've never had a single issue running anything DAW related on my old 6700 except for having to freeze Ozone from time to time.
How about to send a pm to Jim ?
Til now I noticed him always as helpful.

So this is nothing like the Waves one?
I Have it but never bothered to mess with it.
Not in my opinion. In order to make the VS sound decent for my purposes—rock and pop vocals—
I find it easier to blend the several FX sections with only minor (blend) effects under an original vocal recording.
Waves OVox is also a fantastic plugin, however it's not what I need.
The House and EDM genres are where I see OVox the most.

What I like best about the Vocal Synth 2 is that it's perfect for thickening vocals with just a little bit of FX mixed in from the VC.

Because up to this recording of a concert there has never been a Rock bass player improvising in that way, plus a guitplayer like Clapton on fire.
