  1. Bingo! Found. Thank you!!
  2. In my version of Cakewalk (2019.11) I cannot find the event list view. It's me or is a known issue? I am missing something?
  3. That can be a reasonable solution. Not the perfect one but it can be better then nothing.
  4. I have a midi file I want to tempo-align with a real performance. I did this a lot of times before, clicking along the music and then use fit to improv , but this time the midi is in 9/8 meter and i'm not able to get the job done.
  5. I just tested: if you set the initial time signature to 2/2, "fit to improv" puts a tempo change every half note. if you set the initial time signature to 4/4, "fit to improv" puts a tempo change every quarter note. 8/8= every eightenth note. 16/16= every 16th note. What if I want a tempo change every dotted quarter note?
  6. As far as I know it's not documented in the manual, but I understand that the "Fit to improvisation" command assumes the value of every beat referring to the initial meter of the piece. That is: if the initial meter is 4/4 every beat will be a quarter note, if the meter is 2/2 every beat will be a half note and so on. My question is: what about if I want every beat to be a dotted quarter note as in compound meters?
  7. I always tought the lack of this simple feature was a big defect of a great software like Sonar. I would be possible to make a feature request? Or asking to the gurus in this forum to think for a CAL?
  8. Thank you for your reply, but I don't find in the article any reference about my issue. What I need is a way to change all tempos in a song proportionally, with a single action.
  9. I've been searching literally for years a way to accomplish this task, which seems to be a basic one for a sequencer. I'd like to change ALL tempos in a song in a proportional way . A sort of an "Interpolate tempo" tool. I know I can use the "Fit to time" option but it is a very poor solution which require a lot of "trial and error" process. Is there in the new Cakewalk by Bandlab something more useful? I mean: a tool, a CAL, a way of dragging the tempo line, whatever?
