  1. Haha! That PA is actually a manipulated speech narrator because I needed it to say customized words. Glad to know it worked well! Never heard of Christopher Franke's piece but I like the name. Will definitely check it out! And yes, I was trying to make it a bit diverse...keeping it smooth has been quite a challenge! πŸ˜„ Thank you for listening and reading, Bjorn!
  2. Thank you, Tom! Yeah, it certainly is one of the most β€˜cinematic’ stuff I have done in CbB so far! πŸ˜ƒ
  3. Thank you! Really glad you like it! 😁
  4. Indeed, I made this to showcase my film scoring style. Thank you so much for the kind words, Andy! ❀
  5. Thank you very much, Freyja! 😊
  6. Hi, fellow musicians! 😊 I have named this track A Dream in Celestia because it's a continued part of my previous song Celestia. In this piece, I attempt to express a storyline I wrote using music. There are different scenes I have created with the four seasons, the changes as well the perceived length of each season in mind. My comments on the SoundCloud link contain the storyline, so make sure you check them out as well. One of my most ambitious projects I have ever attempted β€” produced, mixed and mastered fully in Cakewalk by BandLab. Thank you for listening! SoundCloud Link
  7. I've tried that. It simply doesn't work until I either choose another screenset or click on revert. I don't know, maybe it's just happening at my end or something.
  8. So basically a Auto Make-up Gain button but for every plugin on the chain? 😍 I love the idea but I wonder if this should be plugin specific. I use a few compressors that do offer an Auto MakeUp feature. I suppose it could be placed on CbB's EQ, Compressors and so on. Or something.
  9. Thank you for the fix! The automations are now working perfectly! 😍 I noticed that, sometimes, the Piano Roll doesn't open when I double click a clip on an Instrument track. Sometimes, not even when I right click on the clip and go to View > PRV. The Piano Roll View tab does appear on the Multidock but when I click on it, it doesn't come up. The tab appears but the PRV doesn't. I fixed it by either changing the Screenset or by clicking on View>Revert Current Screenset. Has anyone else experienced this?
  10. Thanks! But I wonder if it'll feel more natural if Ctrl-Clicking set the time while simply clicking just deselected (like before). I'd say that'll be more similar to previous builds.
  11. Does this Ctrl+Click work on the Build 70, or do you mean this'll be the next update? Because I just tried and Ctrl-clicking set the time instead of deselecting.

You got the notion I was trying to express! Thank you, Steve!

Thank you very much, Gary β€” that means a lot! πŸ™
  14. Thank you, Grem! Really appreciate it. πŸ˜„
  15. I think I do get it! It's certainly very necessary to keep each instrument in the same ambient space. The reason why I kept the reverb for the vocals at minimum was to make sure the words were easily understood. However, yes, it could've sounded much better with a softer but longer reverb to match the rest of the sounds. As of now, it sounds like it was recorded in a smaller room! I'll definitely endeavor to use your suggestions on my next work. Thank you very much for the detailed explanation! Also, my friend, I'd love to hear your criticisms on this song too, if you wouldn't mind spending a few minutes on it! soundcloud.com/kmjoshi/celestia
  16. Hey, man! Any kind of suggestions are most definitely welcome and received with thanks! I was intending to make the story telling up close and personal, but it appears that wasn't a great idea. πŸ˜ƒ I'm working on some similar songs though where I'll be keeping all the comments you guys have given in mind! Cheers!
