Usually in the mix the group of drums  (snare, toms) has some specific reverb. Electric guitar sim has also a different reverb. And acoustic guitar too has her own small reverb. And finally vocal has  a vocal reverb according to everyone's preferences. The most important thing is to not use tons of reverb like Phil Spector used in some sixties hits.

Remember that when inserting a VST synth in the  the options dialog you have to check

1) midi source

2) first synth audio output

3 ) enable midi output

Regarding what Mark wrote, it's better using this method:  mute all tracks not interested in the bouncing except the 3 drum tracks. Check bounce to track. Cakewalk will choose the destination track.

why the automatic update of Bandlab assistant always failed?

Is it really so difficult to solve and making right this annoying bug?

It happens frequently.  When I record a project I usually record and save many versions of the project and each version is saved with the title and a number.

It happens that when I open the last project version a message appears saying: there is a corrupted file and some audio is missing.

I know the workaround to solve it, but I want to know why this issue occurs.

To bypass all the questions here, when I record I try first of all to know well what I am recording and then try to just record a take at once. So I have no issues with comping.

If you don't like your open HH sound you can use AD2 map on PRV and move the HH to another hi hat that you like.

I think that the most valuable VST for bass is to play right and with masterly touch.

I really want to know why every time in BandLab assistant there is a message that says"a new version of Bandlab assistant is available for update" and the automatic dowload failed and after that I manually dowload the file,  when I open it (as administrator) the message about BA update is still there.

I have the same M - Audio keyboard for many years. Every once in the while my keyboard does not respond at all.

You have to reset to its factory default settings.

1) power off the keyboard

2) hold down the buttons AVANCED, OCT + AND OCT - simultaneously

3 power on the keyboard

4) release the trhee buttons

Now you have the factory default settings

I upgraded yesterday from Melodyne 4 assistant to Melodyne 5 assistant. New license and smooth activation. No trouble at all.

You don't want Melodyne anymore on your clip? Click right on the clip and you'll find "remove Region FX" and it's done.

Midi quantize is an art in itself. It is simpler quantize audio. With Midi you have to try many times until you find what you like.

Regarding moving a Bus use Alt + drag and the deal is done.
