  1. Same here. Now I owe Paypal $100 a month. It took a virus to bring some sense. (who knows how long that wisdom will last)
  2. 495 Shocked this isn't as popular as I hope it would be.
  3. and we bash the Hornet guy about his sales.............
  4. I have Reason 10. If you want to try these in the 11 VST rack you might have equivalents. I've bought from this developer before because the REs are affordable and they can only be used in Reason. To have only proprietary synths would make me use Reason more. That's why I don't care for Reason 11. Why would I want to open up another DAW when I have the DAW. I'm that way with FL Studio.
  5. It would take you longer than that to figure out maybe 5 of their plugins and I'm a Melda fanboy.
  6. It sure didn't seem like a server issue taking my money. I know it's a great deal but on my instagratification meter this doesn't even make it to 0. This makes IK look good in the downloading library dept.
  7. Same here. Fail on 1st impression for me.
  8. I installed it. Don't know why. Every DAW has this function.
  9. Please watch this video & after 1,000 views the vault will be opened for a second round and you'll be able to download a fantastic refill collection for free as a little 'digital corona isolation relief'. Kudos & cheers to y'all Patrick
  10. https://www.reasonstudios.com/shop/browse/?q=&product_type=&pl=&developer=Skrock&sort=price_asc
  11. I don't even use those but yet I bought them. I have plenty of nice pianos but for dance genres I just load up FL Keys because it's there and a small footprint. I can imagine someone listening to a Trance song and saying that piano really sucks, yo should've used blah, blah. Sampletank libraries are another one I don't use because I forget it's there. We should be like the pros and only use a few things.
  12. I only buy ones with midi and presets. That leaves out most of those. I have plenty of Zero G. I disliked when they use the term Kontakt instruments and it's their loops inside Kontakt. Their old stuff is still great. Check out Carnival of Drums if you don't have it. Loopmasters is another one I don't care for. I only buy from myloops because they are for Trance junkies. They also knock another $2 off for posting a review. Anyone can get a sample of samples for free that size from anywhere. Basically I'm turned off by sites that its market is for trap. BTW did you buy that bundle?
  13. Now this is some awesome brass. He took a lot of flack for being a pop guy. Hey Jude is awesome. I got to hear it live once ending with all screeching trumpets. I've always wanted to play trumpet like him but I'm a low brass player. BTW that War Pigs cover was awesome. It wasn't the brass as much as the singer.
  14. Too bad. People like Wusikstation. He wasn't always like that.
  15. I don't even buy those you listed. They are overpriced. For all of that stuff and it's 2gb for a collection should tell you something. You can get free collections larger than that. I;m trying to cut down on a lot of that stuff. I've bought a lot from W.A. and their packs are huge. I've come across some developers with smaller content far more useful. I buy stuff from ADSR, Myloops. I like the places that show top sellers. I still don't get people buying chtulhu presets.
  16. I cancelled mine and got a deal on Zinio 3 months later. I prefer Zinio. I don't know why I keep subscribing. Most of the free stuff I have something better. I keep their Zebra and Dune editions because they will load presets. One of my projects was to take the one shot samples to make refills for NNXT. ( fail) Anyone remember CM Muzy's? It was a full featured DAW. I don't think it's on the DVDs anymore. I think that developer got sued. They do have mapped out samples for their version of Alchemy but I could never get them loaded in the PC Alchemy. Most of my time reading CM is the reviews.
  17. Surprised that some are still using IE. Others are dumbed down as if only people surf the web on their phone.
  18. When I open up a DAW like Bandlab that reminds you have over 1000 plugins you have to say over and over again do I need more? Every new plugin has to be better than the ones I have. yep those old ones are going to rust out and become dust., or they no longer fit our demand for a GUI with eye candy. I always admire users who can use what's inside a DAW. I remember the big "who-hoo" when Sonitus became Cakewalk. There's probably some newbs enjoying those. There are plenty of DJ Live users always using those Live plugins. I'm often humbled when I see FL Studio projects done with their 3xOsc and FL effects. This is our nature and hard to have wisdom. It's really no different than anything else. Many dude invest in golf clubs hoping it will drive far and straight overcoming their lack of skills (what a similarity). I remember buying a lot of angling gear and then there was the color selector marketing. Then there's an infomercial on a $20 jig that was "guaranteed" success. I think collecting is a hereditary thing as well. My grandfather and uncle started collecting anything with John Deere on it. When this is over I wonder how many of us will look at the already cool DAW stuff we have or go back to our old ways? I will probably be that latter because it's a habit hard to break.
  19. Maybe a lesson to be learned here.
  20. Is actually here https://www.bandlab.com/products/cakewalk
  21. https://www.facebook.com/officialsoundspot Go there or save your $5 for some eggs or a few sheets of toilet paper. Or you could wait for one of them to go free when you buy something from Plugin Boutique.
  22. I'm surprised they haven't put it on their Music Tech DVDs. I what the user base is in Asia where there's a lot of piracy.
  23. Easily accomplished buying Waves, ignoring the WUP, then buy the new versions for $29.
  24. I wonder if they check on this.
