  1. Only a member with 6 posts would bother to post this. The usual posters in deals never post this.
  2. Image Line's Harmor has been doing that for quite some time.
  3. I got all 3. I like the idea behind the Reserve series.

    Considering Bitwig

If you are into Waves WUP then Bitwig is for you. I avoid this DAW. I have too many DAWs as it it. In long term it's an expensive DAW if you are one of those people who can't avoid paying upgrades. I know the yada, yada, you don't have to buy the upgrade but who has that discipline? I don't.
  5. I finally bought EZD 3 upgrade and the AAS CV whatever upgrade. The free orchestra did me in.
  6. Since Native Access DELETES your downloads I have to run it on 3 machines to install any Komplete Machine Expansions. Not all ISPs allow you unlimited downloads. There must be a better way. There is no option of locate library with Maschine libraries. I get it since they involve other NI plugins. There must be a better way. People need to access and archive their licensed without boing through all of these apps. Drives go bad ya know.
  7. That's why they have that category called Other. Tracktion is not on the list. Neither is Muzys or Ardour
  8. Sleep solves that.
  9. I finally got it yesterday with the google link. Others had the same issue a year ago but did they fix their own way of distribution. The other thing they should do is instead of a 70gb zip break it up into 7 spanned archives.
  10. They don't seem to be that great a development. I've had issues just installing drivers for onboard sound on some boards
  11. Mine wasn't. Can't install Lores. Wonder how long till support comes to the rescue. Thanks Native Asshat.
  12. Some ISPs give you a warning if you exceed your monthly download amount, Just wasted 320gb of nothing. Delivery and implementation is what is starting to suck with many developers.
  13. Downloads then it says can't update and I need to remove the previous version. THERE IS NO PREVIOUS VERSION! It's not even in the registry. Why is this going that? I can't keep trying to download 70+ fricken GBs because I eventually get an warning about using too much bandwidth from my ISP. I need another method of delivery other having Native Asshat deleting it. Civil? I've bought NI products since the turn of the century and there is more regression in quality. If they were mechanics I'd find a new place.
  14. This the developer that creates bloat as I recall.
  15. I guess this appeals more to Windows laptop users. I've come across users to put together a boutique system only to compliment it with an iTrack Solo or onboard sound. Yes, it probably suits their needs but it just seems odd to me. An RME Babyface would be overkill for me but people believe in the myth of the future proof computer hardware while the world is full of audio devices that will outlast Windows system builds. I have no clue if WASAPI id the much better than WDM. I remember when Sonar 2 finally adopted ASIO. It's been ASIO for me ever since.
  16. So it's another ASIO4ALL. These are usually open source and Steinberg, Magix, Image Line have their own ASIO drivers and they seem stable.
  17. Frequently returned item Check the product details and customer reviews to learn more about this item. Seems like this issue happened in recent months. Sandisk is now WD and I wonder if the RMA is as good as WD.
  18. Lost interest ever since they went iLok
  19. It depends on what you want to do with them. If you are into electronic genres they are fine. You can view it the way some do with plugins and think wow a no brainer because it's like $4 a plugin. When you accumulate so much stuff it's only useful if you force yourself to use them. I just recently bought a Rigid Audio library and I forgot the name of it already. Oh it was Ion Storm. It was a riser type thing. There's so much stuff out there with "I never used it in a track" because they don't work well with other instruments unless you use the same instrument and the other presets. It reminds me of another developer who use to do group buys every year. Sure they sound great but.........how would I use it in a track. You could buy one of the libraries and see if you like it before getting everything.
  20. Waiting to find out who has it. There's something about those Hybrid Drums that are tempting.
  21. This one doesn't require boutique hardware. It's still fun to play.
