Be sure to check what you already own. The lowest tier (and many in the higher tiers) were part of a dirt cheap bundle thing a few years ago I believe.
AAS used to be good at letting you sub duplicate packs for ones you don't own. Does anyone know if they're offering that with this bundle?
Even if they don't, there are two up for grabs I don't have, so $10 apiece isn't the worst price.

WOW that is something I would surely buy and probably never use, even if it is interesting.
I feel like that's true of about 91.6% of the instruments I buy.

Now the temptation to upgrade to TOC3 is vast ?
That was my thought as well, but for the life of me I couldn't find the upgrade on their site. Might be all the cold meds in my system.

They have sent me a few of those but I haven't got round to Crossgrading anything yet.
I will wait to use a referral code for my first purchase.
The problem is that they have released so many libraries by now that it will take me ages to choose one, so I haven't bothered yet.
I've enjoyed some of the walkthrough videos though.I actually made a spreadsheet that lists all of their instruments, number of parts and programs (both UDS and not), cost per part/program and how much i want it on a scale of 1-3. Then i listed any hidden gems i know of.
I've probably spent more time arranging this list than I have playing the instruments. ?

I believe all sound packs require the full Cube to work. It might still work to grab it and download it for later if you haven't fully Cubed out yet.

For half a second I thought, "They already released Pigments V???"

Bought 2 more Ark collections this year, but no email code for me. ?
AFAIK it's a generic code and not a custom one. Not sure if it's allowed but if it is, I or someone else can post the code.

Do they use Sine Player
They have some Kontakt libraries but they don't sell individual instruments for those. Only the Sine player libraries.

Anyone have any recommendations on individual instruments to check out?

LOVE LOST! New sound pack for Strum GS-2 and AAS Player
I chose that one as well! Hopefully I'll get around to using it before the freebie next year!

I was googling this last night to see if there was going to be a freebie or not this year. Thanks!

^^^ this is the process. You will have to go through the payment method , like Larry points out above, before the code can be entered. At that point everything in your cart gets slashed 50% off!!
My tired brain saw that and thought, "There are Larry Points now? Have I earned any yet?"

In general... What is the difference between 8Dio and SoundPaint?
I haven't seen anyone mention one of my favorite parts of Soundpaint, the abilty to morph parts together from different libraries. Makes for some really interesting user patches.

This year my focus was vocals:
Synthesizer V Studio Pro (love it!)
Dreamtronics Natalie (love it!)
Eclipsed Sounds Solaria (love it!)
Zero-G Ethera Gold Atlantis 2 (hate it!)Can I ask what you hate about Atlantis 2? Did you have the previous version and if so, did you like it? Just curious because I haven't upgraded yet and Ethera is usually pretty quality.

I was just looking for this developer the other day and couldn't remember the name. I regrettably bought some instruments off eBay when I first started this journey, thinking I got a good deal but didn't realize they were cracked. Didn't take me long to realize and I deleted all of the instruments I had purchased once I did. Anyway, there were some guitars from Pettinhouse included and I've always meant to go back and purchase them legitimately.

That's pretty nice! Sucks for early adopters of the sale like me ?
Or those of us who have all three programs. Ah well.

Some really nice sounds in there, plus it qualifies for the gift card upon purchase. Not too shabby.

Just bought this one this morning. Played with it a bit, going to have to figure out the best way to use it.
Think it was worth it? $15 is like a hamburger so it's really not that much money, but I'm always nervous about bloating my work flow too much with options that aren't really viable.

I'm not buying any more 8DIO libraries. I'll wait for the Soundpaint version.
I'm sort of having that same struggle. I love the SP engine and what it can do but until they get legato going, they're sorely missing a lot of their better libraries. I'm tempted to get this since I don't have a great children's choir, but it would be so much cooler if I cutoff morph little Billy with a bazantar.

As I understand, these are select patches from their other paid-for collections; you might want to take a look at those, and they do have sales every now and then.
I do have a few of their libraries. Can't afford the more expensive ones. I just love the way the interface makes it easy to mix and match these sounds together. I know you can stack instruments in Kontakt but this interface is so much more appealing to me.

Same here. Love this.
Honestly, I grab a lot of these free libraries because, well, the price is right. But the sounds of these plus the functionality of the new UI makes it an instrument I'm more likely to reach for. Don't want to give them any ideas but I could see myself paying for this/ future expansions.
