    BLUE FOR YOU

Thanks David , I like mostly the old black and white photos they seem to have an innocence and honesty about them , I´m not sure if I´ll get into any copyright issues , this song was one of those that after I stummled over that riff the rest fell into place very quickly , and no , I´m not a relation to W although I do speak absolute BS sometimes and dont even know it ...cheers PB

    Miles To Go

Hi Bjorn , I liked the fiddle and the slide guitar and sound , although i thought the strings were unessersary they took something away from the melody there´s a lot to be said about a leaving bit of space in a song cheers

    Feelin' Funky

Yeah , makes me want to go down the basement and pull out some albums , what drums did you use ? super groove
  15. I can only concure with the above , it reminds a litle of a band from the late eighties cant for the life of me remember who ,I really liked the riffs in the background that popped in and out ...... huge sound ...great stuff
  16. Hi Barry , Look I think your vocals are just so distinctive with so much character , if may be so bold and say some harmonies in placses would sound great

    BLUE FOR YOU

Hi Lyn, well funny you shouild say that , most of my songs on bandlab have a video so that I can post it on my youtube page....
  18. Yep yep yep , I just loved the Wah Wah.... y`cant beat a Wah Wah in my book, what vst effect did you use ? the riff was just great never got monontunous and drove the song along nicely ........great

    BLUE FOR YOU

Hi Bapu, yeah a live drummer would be nice unfortunately its luxury that I cant afford , so i´m stuck with EZdrums , as far as the Bass goes I struggle with it because i´m no Bass player so when I record the bass I try and hide it rather than embrace it and try and play it properly ..although I did write a song where I played a rather convincing walking bass line my one and only time that said ``check out the basslines ´´ in any of my offerings..... cheers for the comments

    BLUE FOR YOU

Hi t , I´m not very good at layering the instuments so I try to avoid too many instuments playing at once ..if that makes sense? I also wanted a bottleneck guitar in there but once again too many cooks etc Ive still got some tricks of the trade to learn , cheers Pb
  23. Great vocals , I just think the telecaster could have been better served with a litle less reverb, once again I loved the vocals, loved the song
