Algonaut's own post on Facebook says "if you bought Atlas 1 this year you'll get the upgrade for free", but a couple of people have mentioned that the site a few days ago said any purchase after 1st September 2020 would be eligible for it, so it's not quite clear right now.

I went for the Footsteps pack - since it's designed for use with Weaponiser, the installer is one of those annoying ones that doesn't let you choose where to install it/where it installed, but (on Windows) it's C:/ProgramData/Krotos/ and all the WAV files are there. The Dogs pack is a third party pack (it says "provided by Coll Anderson" instead of "provided by Krotos") so it's not part of the offer.
