  1. It is quarantine to entering an new island.

So if we was to go to the main island with Manila we are to be in quarantine 14 days or something just to go there. And we cannot even enter Manila. But other city's we would have to stay in a hotel for 14 days. And returning, we would have to stay in door here as long too.

Also embassy's, airport and personal travel is not available. You have to get a valid paper to be able to travel out of the island. And that cost some too.

We never had a honeymoon, we have a 5,8 yo girl... She is making sure we are busy...

And also family life here are different than US, west. Here people comes over all the time and even we babysit family kids all the time. Not planed, but they just come here, or some family put them here.

What, composers and musicians copy other material?

    Unheard of!

Of course. But the Star Wars theme is so iconic. And then the intro is rip off. I think that's sad in a way. It crushed the thought of it being original and "new thinking" musically.

  3. We have a 5,5 y old girl here that lives this bubble gum music. Now I have this song ion my mind. It is really good craftsmanship in content of composition/video, if you understands their goal.

That's not what the quote means.

That's not what they want you to think of "facts" yes. But facts change all the time. Even Einstein's E=mc² was "debunked" and I think it back again as a "fact".

It is one of the greatest gifts to humans to try to digg after truth. When new evidence comes in, it would kill all of this if "fact check" "debunked" the new evidences that can put humanity on to new levels.

New truths to digg for might be in science, art, storytelling, new political thinking, religion and much much more.

From what I've read lately, that's not a problem since most people keep pushing "facts" that are almost exactly the opposite of reality (and obviously provided by mass media).

In some ways, I can't help but admire the brilliance of how people have been programmed to aggressively fight for exactly what will either end or enslave them.

Who are you to say what's fact or not?

If you're in science and don't have anyone trying to disprove your research and test it, how can people know you did not scam?

If we don't have free speach schence will die first of, then history, then art, then human dignity....

They way things move forward is that people goes against consensus in searching for the truth, new sounds, colors, how to preserve, how to everything. Without it everything would stop...

I take back previous comments on the year of Linux. It appears that the company many detest is going to allow gui Linux apps to run in their operating system. With the power of Microsoft, it just may happen!

    Grant

That means it is better to write a Linux app than "native" .net app.

    Microsoft kills themselves again....

In a while people don't need Windows for other than Native Windows apps and Microsoft will be the only one making them....

"Only" thing hinders this is that DAWs must run on native code to minimize latency.

Running CbB on Linux might work, but not for recording and mixing, because of latency.

  7. I have some internal SSD.  One 1 TB M.2 for NI Complete and Too track SD. I would be careful with external drives because they can catch more than the internal because the added USB or whatever to connect to the computer. I lost a lot of data because it that, but it was also more than 10 years ago. Now I only do internal drives. And always double or backup. I don't have double of the M.2 tho. But it is backed up, so I can replace it with a new drive fast. Safety is really important. MORE important as speed.

My M.2 is the ok priced Intel storage M.2 SSD. Its slower than the other ones, but ok priced and fast enough for large sample packs. (sorry I don't remember the name, I am long away from the computer)
