  1. Those that spoke about a Bapu manager, I believe have not taking into account the improved NagBap 2.0 with all its capabilites.

I believe it would neutralize any attempts of being managed.

Only the man himself know what it can do.

The $49 price is if you own an Apollo or UAD2 Interface I believe

I have an Apollo Solo USB, so that's why.

Thanks for the enlightenment mate ?

  3. My upgrade price is also $49.

Wonder if it is because I have an La610 mkII registered there?

I haven't bought anything recently (so why the differences in price?), and no voucer.

Could have come in handy as I'm as broke as usual.

    All the best.

Yup, FaderPort 16 and Console1 setup were easy as pie. I'm sure my Axiom will work out too. Just did not get around-tuit.

Comping is how I need/want to record drums. All inputs need V1, V2, V3... etc. and then group those inputs to comp all tracks at once. I'm going try a rudimentary test on that tomorrow.

You'll see what I mean by cumbersome, as you have to copy (Ctrl+C/V) and paste between the "take layers" (couldn't remember what it's called in LUNA).

No main track in itself as you're used to in SO. Need to keep track of your "lanes" ?

  5. Hi. I have had no issues installing LUNA, or getting my Faderport 16, Consol1 and NI S25 as control surfaces.

I'm in the middle of trying to track some acoustic geetar through my Apollo Solo and LUNA.

The comping is lacking and cumbersome, IMO, but might get better.

I am not changing over to LUNA, but cool to have a new DAW, and the implementation of UAD console into tracks in LUNA is very cool.

    All the best.

  6. I am like last year not wanting anything special, nor can afford it if I saw it come up. I have gotten my bass (electrical issue, which is fixed and back) and Les Paul (needed the lot) fixed, so emptied my pockets quite a bit more than I hoped...

Not complaining, as I feel I have what I need (even if not all I want) this year.

    All the best.
