I have some of the delays and pitch shifter type things from them but never use them. This plugin does look awesome! There's a void in the market that hasn't been filled since Geist, but this and the recent Speedrum (also with included sequencer) are filling the gap.
Check out the new Triaz native plugin if you haven’t. No synthesis but very powerful sequencer and fast workflow with tagged samples etc

It can be used as a plugin using their wrapper/loader. It apparently registers as an effect but midi can be routed to it

It’s basically a saturator with a high frequency eq boost according to some reviewers. It can still be useful obviously, but speakers are more ore less linear so…

Reilka xt is a reverb and I own it from Komplete 14 Standard.
(Edit) never used it in a song. Tried to, but, blah!
It’s a delay and one of my favorites actually

Is there any reason to even entertain picking this up when one has a handful of different FET plugins?
This is my go to for drums, and can make drums slam in seconds.
I’m sure other plugins could work, but this one just works every time and is dead simple.
btw, have 50+ compressor and while I often try something else on drums I usually end up with fetpresor anyway.

FYI bx_refinement is literally a notch filter around 3k it has absolutely nothing to it that you can't do with a simple EQ. There's no intelligence to it or anything.
As for Soothe I think people have spent DECADES making some of the biggest songs and albums of all time just fine without it. Is it really necessary? Probably not. We just like to feel fancy.
Not true, it also tracks harmonica and affects the whole audio range,
You can easily validate this yourself by monitoring the difference and checking in ex plugin doctor. There are people in YouTube who have done just yet if you don’t have the plugin,
It works well for broad strokes but not for narrow resonances.

Whats up with the 2 for 1 promo for expansions, because it seems like it’s buy 3 get 1. Surely this must be a bug? Anyone else?

As I read somewhere on the internets (source, trust me bro), the bad rep Soundspot gets is weird. According to this source Soundspot is under the same corporate umbrella as Baby Audio. As a matter of fact, Denise Audio, Baby Audio and Soundspot are the same developer, same DSP, same team etc. I can definitely see some resemblance between Baby and Denise. But can you say 'let's do some very bad coding and call it Soundspot'? Is that how coders works?
Baby audio acquired Denise audio and the lead developer for Denise has worked with baby audio in the past.

Those who've upgraded to the bundle, did you have to surrender your individual iLok licenses?
Yes, i think this is what happened (if I remember correctly)

I'd say the only plugins you can't find versions of anywhere else are Abbey Road Plates and Chambers. Everything else has some sort of competitor out there, free or paid. bass rider,
I can think of a few more, like maxxbass/renaissance bass, sibliance, torque, smack attack , Brauer motion, inphase etc

Wow.. I wonder if I should use that code twice?
I see iZotope DDLY https://www.jrrshop.com/izotope-ddly $9.99
OddlyI can't find DDLY product on the iZotope website, which makes me wonder if it's a product they own or not?
Which means I could get two different products for $83.16 + $9.99 = $93.15 ?
They killed the delay so it’s end of sale

Yep, all new revolution with new samples etc,
I think drumvolution was going to be a free add on for Triaz for those who already have the Kontakt version

79 here, no voucher. Not sure why but I may have a qualifying product. Don’t have the old percussion library though.

How does the competitive cross grades work with steinberg? I assume they will ask for some evidence.

Sure can. You can do it with any dynamic EQ/Compressor/Multi-band Compressor that allows External Side-Chaining.
Here's Nova's manual page: https://docs.tokyodawn.net/nova-manual/#Sidechain_Input
PS. There's not much you CAN'T do with Nova. It totally kicks butt.
But it’s not the same thing as the frequency of the voice/instrument will change with the melody, You would need something like surfer eq.

Toontrack must have made some changes to their legal structure, but here is anyway the results for 2021. Their turnover is roughly 3 times that of XLN. Max Martin is an owner in XLN btw, or at least he was.
Both companies may have a different international legal structure etc, but these are anyway the mother companies of both.
All Softube updated to 2.5.83

When are they going to make the preset bar readable on a 4k monitor?
Some of the plugins are scalable, like amp room, but the preset bar is still tiny.
