  1. Yes sorry, Cakewalk that I am using on my PC. I did check the input of the guitar (in Cakewalk) and there are 3-4 options there (microphone, etc etc). When I plug in the USB cable, that new option comes up, and that is the one I am selecting. I am just wondering if maybe some other setting got changed/updated that isn't recognizing that...its very strange.
  2. Hi there, I am using a Blackstar Ht20II and have a USB a to b cable plugged into my USB port. In bandlab, it is recognizing the usb cable so I am selecting Line (HT Series) as my input. However, when I record - its doing it through the microphone I am assuming and not picking up the clear good signal that it was last week. I don't think I have changed any settings on my amp unless my kids hit something I am not seeing - did I perhaps change a setting in bandlab that it is causing it not to pick it up clearly? Other than the input drop down im not sure what else could be wrong? Thank you
  3. Hi everyone, I am new to bandlab / recording with any DAW. I recently purchased a Blackstar HT 20 MKII amp, which has a USB A to B output that allows me to plug directly into my USB port on the computer. When I plug it in and try to record a song, I change the Source to Line (HT Series), which is the USB cable/amplifier. The recording sounds perfect - I do not have any complaints whatsoever about that. However, when I go to playback the recording, it plays it through the amp and sounds all distorted/terrible. So what I have been doing is essentially every time I want to playback the audio I have recorded, I am disconnecting the USB cable, which is a major pain. Surely there is a much better way to have even the computer speaks as the Output? Any help here would be greatly appreciated! It makes it quite difficult to add a 2nd track/guitar on top of it as it can be hard to follow along. Thank you, Shane
