I disabled the other two and it seems that worked.

It looks like I am having 3 devices. But when I disable the main one Behringer UMC 404 HD - the other ones are gone too

I did disable the audio card and not there is no audio card available to chose in Cakewalk? What am I missing? And the popup still comes up.

Do you mean all together to disable audio card? How will the sound come through?

Hello all, I have this problem and its driving me mad. I tried all possible settings, including chosing ASIO mode and the popup still jumps out every 30secs. Does anyone know about possible solution?
