  1. Thanks Gary, hmm..didn't change the sax or other tracks from the other version only the orch. which is now more upfront. I'll check it our again though... cheers!
  2. Thanks Allan, appreciate it. There's a new version up now. For this one I replaced the orch stem with some different VI's & remixed. Tried some different plugins on the mix & the master too.
  3. 3rd Party programs for Acustica Audio's N3/N4. Three reel to reel tape decks of the same model, typically used for mixdowns/masters, were sampled for use in Nebula. The resulting four tape programs are usually subtle but can be driven for more noticeable harmonics and tone. There are also 6 reverb programs which were sourced from my other reverb libraries, then printed onto and back off of tape with two of these decks. These reverbs give you some tools for mixing use, rounding out the collection. Ax 102 (deck #1) – 2 track ½” with ARIA Electronics, Flux Magnetics standard response heads, running ATR Magnetics tape, sampled at 15IPS, 30IPS, and with no tape (that’s 3 separate programs). - Ax 102 (deck #2) – 2 track ¼” running SM911 tape, sampled at 15IPS and with no tape (two programs). - Ax 102 (deck #3) – 2 track ½” running SM900 tape, sampled at 30IPS and with no tape (two more programs). $39.00 http://www.cupwise.com/fx/shop/cupreels-1-ax102/?v=0a10a0b3e53b
  4. Thanks Gary. I might re-track the orch backing stems used on this plus the other tunes from this old project.
  5. Thanks Rob, appreciate the listen & feedback.
  6. Enjoyed this. I'm on laptop so hard to judge but the overall mix is coming through nice & clear. Also good use of instruments & dynamics. - great job
  7. @Mesh Thanks for listening & the kind words.
  8. Excellent work on this, both music & video- enjoyed it.
  9. Good one Douglas, it's got your signature vibe. On laptop & the mix is coming through balanced & strong.
  10. Enjoyed the track Bjorn, relaxing & meditative.
  11. A new eq added free too. 8115, a three-band, semi-parametric .
  12. Good one, I usually pick a 3 license from New Egg around BF.
  13. I'm giving away my Baby Grand to some friends who are atm measuring to see if they have the space. If not I plan on donating it to the Beethoven Foundation A good cause, free pickup & tax deductible.
  14. New in version 1.1.1: IMPROVED: Internal bypass is now latency compensated and host bypassing has been smoothed to prevent clicks. FIX: xRatio Slow/Peak and RMS/Peak speed settings could cause clicks with certain bass heavy material. FIX: Next/Previous preset buttons didn't browse the expected directory after using the Load button. Minor updates to factory presets. https://www.toneprojects.com/unisum-mastering-compressor.html

  22. Agree, Heritage sound & feel like my older 60's 335's, newer Gibs are hit & miss. I've dealt with Jay Wolfe in the past , great guy & does Plex fretting too. https://www.wolfeguitars.com/heritage-of-kalamazoo#Services
  23. Jazz is a style so you could realistically use any guitar; strat, tele, jaguar.. I wouldn't use GC, maybe Sweetwater since they would set it up for you. Better selection & deals to be had on Reverb & eBay. I'm sure you'll hear horror stories but personally I've never had any problems with either. I get my asking prices selling & also some great deals when buying. (Recently sold my 1966 335 & bought a new Nash T-52 with a humbucker in the neck.) Also got an inexpensive Eastman AR372CE-SB Archtop here which is a nice 175 alternative, great jazz sound & feel. https://reverb.com/item/35219306-eastman-ar372ce-sb-left-handed-sunburst-archtop Good luck & have fun..
  24. There's many good algos out there these days. Since you mention Lexicon try Exponential Audio.
