I kept waiting for it to take off, like I was listening to an intro. Maybe that's your intention? Good soundscape nevertheless.

Thanks Bjorn. I'm only good for short tracks, licks & ditties, someone with more skills than me could turn it into something great.

I have the attention span of a gnat, I start something then another idea pops into my head & the first project gets left behind🤪

No Picts? Interesting experiment one is prompted to wonder what new meds? you may be on.

    Nix is not bad.

    Nix vot is das?

No meds in my life I keep away from pills if possible, prescribed or otherwise🤤

I like to try to come up with music that is different from the mainstream, used to do some collaborations with another non mainstream  bloke in a band called "Planet Zyglo" on BL plenty of kooky stuff.

Thanks for listening & commenting appreciate any feedback 👽

Not being a synth or MIDI guy, I didn't understand your description above.  However, no matter!  I loved the sounds and the mix sound very good!  Nice!!!

I'm not a synth or midi guy either I just make it up as I go. Mainly into playing guitars self taught.  The Dubstep Growler is just an effect on a keyboard in the Soundtrap DAW, much the same as in Bandlab DAW. I'm not a keyboard player but just hit notes using my mouse that sound the part for the idea in my head. Sometimes the final track sounds decent sometimes horrific but still good fun learning.

Thanks for listening & commenting freddy j

Interesting very similar to the opening track I listened to by Klaus Schulze from 2012. Sounds OK here.

Never heard of Klaus Schulze before so went & checked out some of his music, wow amazing stuff. Thanks for the heads up.

I did a  search for the person that uploaded the loop  I used & it was a twelve year old boy back in 2015 it was called Atmosphere.

    Thanks for the reply appreciated.

  5. Soundscape I created  using one looped track another using a Dubstep Growler virtual keyboard on Soundtrap & some Dream Theater style licks for the outro on my Ibanez RG

    auto panned/stereo chorus etc.

Finished up on cakewalk for final touch ups.

Only  short  like most of my tracks.  Any feedback welcome I can take good or bad 😍

  6. Short track so as not to bore you all, plus it hurts my brain trying to copy Gilmour🤓 just mucking about with a bit of Floyd/Gilmour.

Couple of tracks with separate delay's "Cathedral" on one & Sonitus "Bouncing in a Metal Cage" I think it was on the other.

Fender  USA Strat/LeXtac ( Bogner Ecstasy ) clean channel.

    Floydian SFX track.

  7. Lovely track really enjoyed.. I won't comment on the mix etc, I will leave that to the guys/girls on here that know what they are talking about.

  8. Appreciate all the replies good peoples thanks 🤘

It is short but most every track I make on bandlab is short because I just use mobile phone tethered to my laptop for internet & if I start getting up over 8mb when using bandlab mix editor I just get the spinning wheel of doom where it will not save the track. I have mentioned to bl on numerous occasions about the problem & I know a lot of others with fast internet speeds have the same issue. But it is a free site so can't carry on about it, lot's of good as well.

This is the girl I picked up the loop packs from, she has a lot of great stuff >>>>>>>>>>  Julie Kathryn https://www.iamsnowangel.com/iasa

  9. Hope your fingers are getting better I enjoyed your track & can relate to your accident as I managed to nick the tips of my fretting hand fingers with a chainsaw a few months ago & was down to using two fingers for a while. Very scary & not the first time as I am/was a horticulturist & did a huge amount of topiary hedging at very rich & famous peoples properties. Late one afternoon I was tired & clipped my fingers with the petrol hedger blood pouring out of fingers I yelled out to the house owner if he had a clean rag to stem the bleeding, he ran out with a brand new Gucci T shirt to wrap hand in then pulls his  Mercedes AMG GT  out of garage & says jump in I will take to doctors! The seats were white leather, I'm covered in sweat blood & grunge he says stuff the seats jump in🤣 I was lucky again just some stitches in fingers, not chopped off like my hero Tony Iommi.  Hope you are healing ok...

i can really hear Peter Gabriel adding vocals to this....the trance music compliments the controlled frenzy of the guitar sustain....i think it needs more parts/music to take it to the next level but a nice foundation to build on 🎶🎶🎶🎶

Thanks for the reply Larry if you are keen your welcome to add vocals  or extra parts to the track. I  lost a stack of tracks/stems/fx in a hard drive crash a month ago but still have the stems for this one. The Lamb Genesis/Gabriel awesome album.

I suspect this will find a place in some DJ's arsenal for segues between similar tempos, quite possibly the chill room to aid with the come down.

Yes it is repetitive but it works, but not sufficiently so to be borrowing.

Lol😊 Thanks for having a listen &  the comment, decent of you to reply.  I promise no more sustainiac  psytrance tracks  😵

  12. Another track I recorded using  the Sustainiac pickup on my Schecter Banshee guitar plus a backing track.

Basic recording gear $100 multi fx pedal usb to laptop & all free plugins used for effects.

    GP-100 multi fx processor /cakewalk/supermassive delay/pancake2.

Probably very annoying track to a lot of ears as rather repetitive🤓

  13. Something a bit different I created this track using my Schecter Banshee with Sustainiac  pickup & bit of Floyd Rose whammy bar manipulation.

No fancy gear used to record so don't expect mind blowing sound just guitar into a Valeton GP-100 multi FX  into cakewalk with  SuperMassive plugin delay & pancake panning plugin.

I'm new to this forum/group so will say Hello to all while I'm waffling on😊
