It's really shameful that Roland will do such injustices to its customers for such an expensive piece of equipment. I'm also a victim of this unfortunate situation after making this purchase via Sweetwater after it was recommended to work seamlessly with Sonar, I had to buy it twice due to duty and taxes in my country to find out it has become obsolete after two years of use due to the lack of windows 10 drivers and support. It really left some level of discomfort in my mind and have avoided purchasing anything from Roland since, I had a fantom g7 and sold the same and has since migrated my purchases to Yamaha. Must admit it really was a beautiful piece of equipment.

Help Needed Please! Does the Roland/ Cakewalk VS700c Control Surface work with the new cakewalk mackie control system announced in the latest cakewalk update or it still requires the windows 10 hacked drivers to be functional? Regards Glenville

Slowly but surely, we are beginning to change the way people view this DAW. I’ve personally seen the interest generated by some pretty big names in the industry. It’s just up to everyone involved to share the news and show its worth. I’m personally dedicated to seeing this DAW prosper and get the proper respect it deserves. Thank you Sir for invaluable contributions in relation to building awareness of the capabilities of cakewalk by Bandlab . Sigh. I was getting a bit worried myself. Thanks for the update.

I recognized the same problem working on a project trying to replace a kick, no waveform showing within the drum replacer and it has total silence when set to wet.
