  1. Hi there, I've used Cakewalk Sonar X1 LE for recording voice and mixing audio loops for almost ten years. Well, this month I got a Yamaha Reface DX keyboard and eagerly plugged it into my computer...aaaaaand, Sonar won't recognize it as a recording device. I've already hit up several videos and forum answers, gone through Edit>Preferences and just about every option in that window. I notice that either 'reface dx' or 'mio' (being the MIDI to USB adapter) will show up in MIDI instrument options, but not in Record Input. I also can't find a corresponding instrument plugin that I can drag onto a track to record with it, either. So do I need to download a software plugin for the Reface DX to work in Sonar? Got links to a reliable one for Windows 10? Just to try another software, I opened Goldwave and it doesn't recognize the keyboard either. So I'm thinking it's a driver issue, but if anyone else has dealt with similar issues on the Reface DX, I'd love some input. P.S. I downloaded a MIDI driver for the DX from Yamaha's website and that didn't seem to fix the problem. I still don't get any options for it in Sonar's Record Timing Master drop-down or in Input Device.
