While not the exact same issue, I am currently using Cakewalk with our M32 Live USB to control our broadcast mix and after a ton of troubleshooting to even get the PC to recognize the mixer interface, it all came down to the cable. While it was the proper USB style, it wasn't pinned for data transfer. Since replacing the cable, I have had no issues.
