I know I had a few things on Gobbler but they locked out getting into website as far as I can tell so I can re-download the license application to see. Hopefully they make a way available that we can get back in there.

It's over saturation (no pun intended). In the past decade, more and more people have gotten into the plugin market and there's only so much "new" we can do. Everything has been done to death at this point so we keep rehashing the same ideas over and over while companies fight for position in the market.

Once this new patch comes out, I imagine they will start not long after with the beta test of Sonar. I'm cautiously excited. I am a little worried about the interface changes that are coming. Moving from 8 to X1 was a nightmare until X3 with stability and such. I hope they are smart about this release and we don't go through that nightmare again or I'm going to have to nope out to another DAW which I don't want to have to do.

I would seriously consider this, if it would renew at the same rate, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
I wonder if we can purchase multiple times and stack them so it renews for a few years?

I just registered the Mixbox license I got the other day. How do I know if it works or not for the group buy? It's on the list below but I'm not getting any choice menu to pick anything.

That's if it's easy to cancel. I wouldn't even try, cause I've been burned a few times with deals like this.. where you can't find a cancel button on the website, or it doesn't work and you get charged. They might be having a holiday when you try to cancel. Crazy stuff happens when you try to cancel.
The other issue is, now that you used the software, it's been on your computer. How well do they handle uninstalling it? Does the software leave residue on your computer after uninstalling?
I only install / demo software I plan to keep.
It was easy to cancel the first time I had this deal. Their installer has gotten better. It used to be a real pain in the *****. I've not tried uninstalling any of it though because I just ended up buying a lot of what was in Spark outright. lol

Next isn't browser based at all. Like many apps today, even CbB, Next will leverage web technology in some places - loops browser and project uploads for example. But the architecture is 100% native desktop code and not a javascript based core like Electron.
Any chance for a bundle deal? I work with both electronic music and traditional and I think I could use the tools from both for projects unless you're planning on putting the features from Next into Sonar as well, of course.

Cakewalk Next Beta is available Mac and Windows
Cakewalk Sonar is Windows only (just like the CbB it replaces)
This is good. Trying to change the code for Sonar was a disaster to say the least last time it was tried. Better to keep the focus for it on PC. I wonder if Next will have more in common with alternative workflows of Bitwig and Ableton for electronic beat makers then?

I'm excited for this. I'm also curious if this means they will be expanding the development team. They have said a few times that the team working on Cakewalk is pretty small. I noticed they were asking about platforms in the questionnaire... is Cakewalk getting a Mac release again?

And now I received a 25$ voucher from them to use until June. If I’d known, I would have bought only 3 and use the voucher on the fourth one.
I'd have done them one at a time if I knew. lol
Maybe there will be a summer sale to jump on.

UA does targeted advertising now so certain deals only work for certain people such as this one. It had something to do with owning an Apollo interface. The sale works for me and I'm considering buying all 4 of them. I'm curious though if it will further reduce the cost of Ultimate 11 for me or not when it goes on sale next. I'm kicking myself for not picking that up when it was $1200 last year.

2021 version though. I'm pretty happy with 365, tbh. It's not cheap at like $99/yr but I pay for 6 licenses and get a good amount of cloud storage with it.

I'm on 365 mostly for the cloud storage. I heard there are ways to get it cheaper by waiting for 1yr codes on Amazon to go on sale but eh.

At least we know what they are spending all their time on. It surely hasn't been the libraries.
I kid... sorta. It's been what, 7 years since Violin came out and it's still not finished?

From my cancellation email:
"NOTE: If you have cancelled a FOREVER 29 plan, you will still be able to use the plugins you have purchased with your $1 codes... forever! Also, if you have unused $1 codes you can still use them in the future or pass them on to other users. The $1 codes will remain valid for at least 12 months after you have cancelled your FOREVER 29 plan!"So "at least" 12 months with no firm timeline.

I cancelled mine 2 days ago. I forgot to last month so I got a spare code to hold on to. Seems it's only good for one year now though according to the email so I hope they put out something worth buying between now and then.

I am going to invest in AI that makes trailer libraries to put Keepforest out of business. See how they like them apples!
Bah humbug to AI everything these companies keep pushing without even understanding what AI actually is. lol

This is the final price you get from us after adding Xo then the Infinite Bundle in the cart. I can't say we like it because it is easy win so but I can add a link from ADSR about it and a customer of them reviewed it , obviously then it is subjective but would be great to know if someone have tried it too and his opinion

I'm at a point now where I will only buy music products I know are being copied from official retailers like Sweetwater. The biggest issue is this: especially with Amazon, it doesn't matter if you buy from the official company store or not. Every item that gets shipped to Amazon's warehouse gets shoved into the same place as the fake ones because they are seen as the same item, and Amazon simply pulls from that supply so all those fakes just get mixed in with the real ones. So if you buy a Shure mic from the "Shure Store" on Amazon, there is still a high probability that you will be sent one of the fakes that just got thrown in the pile with the fake mics that look the same.
