Thanks this was it. The application installer for the audio interface hadn't worked so a manual install needed.

Hi All, I have just upgraded my PC to a faster Windows 11 machine and have installed Cakewalk but there is no signal from guitar coming through to Cakewalk from my audio device (U-Phoria 404) at all. It works fine on my old PC still. Setup is exactly the same. Any ideas on what might be the issue here? Thanks
