  1. I've tried that and still, the problem is occurring.
  2. This has been going on ever since I started using cakewalk. Every time I try and record audio, it says "Unable to create new audio file when recording" I have to spam the record button 20 times for it to record once. I have tried fixing this problem so many times
  3. Ok, so a few hours later I loaded up the project... and it works now? I don't know if i i should solve this thread or not...
  4. Howdy! So the other day i was working on a project as usual, when I accidently grabbed the instrument window down to the bottem of the screen. Now, when ever I click the piano icon next to the name of each track, no instrument loads up. Any solutions? *I have checked and in other projects it works just fine, it is only this one*

    Audio Dropout When Played

I don't know how, but this problem is still happening. I have gotten rid of every single vst folder and nothing is changing. also, i have tried completly deleting cakewalk and reinstalling, but it keeps all of the features.

Ok, even more information. I have opened up a new track and it plays perfectly. I am not sure what I do to make the track not play though.

    Audio Dropout When Played

Even more info. In the past whenever I want to record it shows up with "Unable to create new audio file" also, when bouncing clips it says, "An internal error has occurred" I have turned down the caching and it has done almost nothing.

I lose audio only on Cakewalk, it's just quiet.

    Audio Dropout When Played

For more info, I have found out that changing the master track from my regular speakers to "None," The Song has played, but I can't hear anything.
  10. If you haven't fixed it already, try changing it to MME. That worked for me in the past
  11. So, I have been using cakewalk for a while now. Throughout my time, I have seen many problems. But today, for no reason, every time I play my song, a dropout happens. It is code 11. I have looked everywhere trying to fix it. I've changed drivers, I've restarted the project multiple times. I have no idea what to do, and it is quite frustrating.
