  1. Onboard sound card. (FL ASIO is like ASIO4ALL.) I'm not quite sure if you want such an answer.
  2. I was using Cakewalk(2021.06 build 053) with FL ASIO on Windows 10, and after I started the playback, I mistakenly hit the mute key of my laptop's keyboard. Then, as I unmuted the system audio device, I found that I still got no sound, and I got some laggings when moving the cursor. So I checked the settings of Cakewalk, and found that the current working device was changed, at least seemed to be so, from FL ASIO to Realtek ASIO, which had never been able to work on my computer. I couldn't change the device settings when Cakewalk was almost not responding, so I closed it and edited the Cakewalk Core\AUD.INI, changing the to Then I found Cakewalk can show the workplace normally, but I still got no sound. Normally, but... oddly, the color of the notes on 6th track turned white, literally. Even relaunching the Cakewalk didn't help. Just like this: Well, I believe it was originally blue... And the sudden white seems a bit scary. Additionally, this problem is not linked to project file. Any projects opened in this Cakewalk gave 6th track white color. I restarted my laptop, but the problem remained. So I launched FL Studio to see if FL ASIO had broken. True, FL Studio also couldn't work properly. And when I changed FL's device from FL ASIO to DirectSound, it could work properly. OK, so I reinstalled FL Studio, which could give me a brand new FL ASIO. Cool, Cakewalk worked as expected, ..except the white notes on 6th track. Then oops. I don't know what I have done and Cakewalk didn't response again — FL ASIO stopped working. Now I'm going to reinstall my Cakewalk. Can anyone please tell me what happened? I'm very confused.
