I don't think it's a matter of zooming in. Here is what the sound waves look like on a typical project. I somehow changed how they look.

I'm not sure what happened but all my tracks switch from the standard sound waves to these wavy lines. Now I can't find a place to do edits if need be. anyone know what button I pushed to make this happen?

Yup, turned off all my effects and the latency went away. Thanks!

I have a mic that requires phantom power. My audio interface provides the power. When I try to use this mic, I get a ton of delay coming through my headphones. This doesn't happen with my crappy mic that doesn't require power. Can someone help with this?
