Yes. Cakewalk by Bandlab and the staff view for printing.

Any way to notate a large cluster in Bandlab? I'm thinking specifically of a forearm on the black keys or white keys. I also use a percussive black keys f# through d# with the palmtop of the hand and some others. It's awkward writing our all the notes especially if the exact notes aren't necessary. I have seen several ways of notating this.

It was working perfectly and suddenly stopped. No matter how many times I use audio midi setup it won't install Nanosynth even though is shows it as an option and I click it.

If I load an old program that uses Nanosynth it shows just new drum map and drum map manager without Nanosynth. In the next column it shows the instrument. It's just weird.

Also... why does ausio media setup keep asking to load an example? How can I stop that?

Amazing! I did the same thing and it sounded. That was after a reboot. Somehow rebooting (overnight) fixed whatever was wrong. Sorry bout the fussing.

Here's the result of hours trying to set it up the way the instructions told me. Midi still doesn't work. No sound. Was hoping someone would just fix it and tell me how they did it or what was wrong.

I did everything but midi still won't sound. I am so sick of spending 4 times as much time screwing around with this software rather than actually doing something useful with it. I thought I would record a short Christmas carol video then use cakewalk to add a nice bass line and publish on Facebook. Simple. No sweat. Thought maybe it would take an hour. 8 hours later I'm still adjusting cakewalk, learning more, looking for help. That is REALLY NASTY. I need to  go buy better music software.

I'm stymied. This works fine in Sonar 8.5 but no sound in Bandlab Cakewalk where I want to finish editing.

It's happened before. What did I do to turn off all the sound?

Someone fooled with one of my pieces. It is now loaded with weird controller events. Is there a way to copy just the notes or paste just the notes to clean it up?

I'm using Nanosynth MIDI. I insert and audio track and arm it to record. Hit record and it's just dandy except it's running at half the tempo.

I vaguely remember this has something to do with key bindings but can NOT find a solution.Doubling the speed of the recorded audio produces ugly sound.

When I click staff view I get a guitar fret instead of a staff view. How change that back and/or get rid of the guitar fret forever?

Fairly new at Bandlab. Ended up here somehow and can NOT find a way to get back to normal track view. Or any other view for that matter.

Thanks. It has a starting volume CC7. All the inputs etc. look right to me. Something is obviously wrong tough.

Aria is installed. Setup seems ok. I can see it is playing in the "in/out pan" thingy but not getting the sound out to my Focusrite USB audio.

When I first setup Aria it worked fine. Don't know what I did to disconnect it from Focusrite. Can't find anything googling aria.

Thanks but tried that before. Doesn't work. It keeps the same triplet designations and so on. Notice User 905133's solution results in something barely related to the original.

A third of the way through composing this piece when realize the piece is in 4/4 but almost entirely eighth triplets. How do I change change to 6/8 or 12/8 and leave everything alone except take out the triplet signs.

Hoping there is a quick fix otherwise have to start over completely.

Miroslav Philharmonik, Nanosynth and various from Sonar. Pretty sure I have no decent sax sounds unless Philharmonik has them. Never used them before.

3 years post graduate work in comp and theory and never even looked at a concert band score. Someone asked me to write something for it and I don't even know what it is. Attended a rehearsal and saw a LOT of clarinets along with ton of other instruments. Sounded nice though. I'll probably pass on it.
