Thanks for your answers. Problem solved! A corrupted dll was blocking the search for VST's. Also, on the East-west site, Cakewalk was not listed in the DAWs supporting Opus... Thanks a lot to Bandlab for this software!

Yes, Cakewalk doesn't recognize it when searching for VST, even when pointing it out. But Play is there.
