Definitely skipping this. If they fixed a tuning issue that will just make my guitar playing sound worse.4 points

That's exactly what the Doctor wrote on his report on the MRI I had on my lower back...4 points

Does it actually work? Would it dry up a cinesamples brass or some other kontakt thing dripping with room? Does it just truncate a tail? Does it sound unnatural? Should I demo it? Am I too durned lazy?4 points

Love it ! I got to see the original line up for the Tobacco Road Tour and recording when I was a young concert goer .. seeing Edgar , Johnny , Ric Derringer , Dan Hartman and friends perform Frankenstein has left a lasting memory ..What a concert ...... LOL I keep wishing I can get that tune under my fingers ...truth is I need to put in the time to make that happen ... FWIW I did sit down and considered making a video of me playing some Jazz guitar today while using some of this lesson as a starting off point ... I had gotten side tracked and dug what I was playing on the guitar ...so I never even set up the video stuff ...its all good though I need a little time to ferment the chops ... also I wound up learning and playing everything In the video Mesh posted ....that video has some super great playing concepts .... I love that fellas u tube channel. I've been trying to learn all this stuff my whole life and then boom it all come in a flash because of his videos .... Love it Mesh ! Great find ....I've been working on these musical examples a good part of my day ... thank you for adding this video . Kenny3 points

I recently saw a thread where the forum member posted in another language. One of the responses was (paraphrase) "Post in English". Cakewalk by BandLab is part of BandLab Technologies which is an international community with staff located across the globe. As the program gains a user base around the globe there will be more and more instances of forum members posting in a language beside English. I believe it is important for all BandLab and Cakewalk by BandLab users to feel comfortable, welcome and appreciated as forum members. The forum is the best way for program users to provide feedback and allow the program to grow. One way the forum can be more user friendly is to add a "Translate" button to the menu at the top of the response window. The "Translate" button would open a Google Translate window. The "Translate" button should automatically sense the computer operating system language and be able to translate from the operating system language into English. When the "Enter" key is pressed on the computer keyboard the original message and translated message are posted. This provides every forum user an easy way to post their message in a format that will be easy for all forum members to read.2 points

Does this mean we run the installer then have to UN-install all the plugins we don't own? Not that I'm complaining about an update, but I guess I'm complaining... 🙂 P. I DO like my T-Racks plugins though, just not all the "mess".2 points

He must have coded the site in 32 bit. Won't even show up in most browsers any more.2 points

I would say the UVI stuff is closer to Arturia's analog lab than the individual Arturia synths. It's probably more directly compairable with IK's Syntronic in concept.2 points
-
(I think) The Arturia stuff is based more on 'modelling' whilst UVI is sample based. Arturia GUI is about 1000% better (approximately) I have the UVI vintage thing and Arturia v7 ....the arturia stuff is just more usable. Arturia wins by a mile....just my opinion obviously2 points

I've just been listening to this at serious volume through my hi-fi ... ... I hope that the rest of the street enjoyed it as much as I did.2 points

I know you just posted this, but when I click the link, it does not look to be free. In fact is says: But Digital Album $12 USD or more I like the "or more" part . . . Listened to the samples, glad my neighbors only have horses - LOL Syphus2 points

hey douglas! thanks man, glad you dig the vox, i work the hardest on the vox. i pretty much keep at each track til i get something that doesn't cause me to make that face that you get when you eat lemons. heheh2 points

Oh my! That's a nice deal and IMO the best time to get Ueberschall stuff (wouldn't get it at regular price). I've been impressed with all the functions of the Elastik Player as they've made a very good system to play/mangle loops 'til your hearts content.2 points

Here's my "Five Thirty-Nine" featuring the Steinway Model D piano with small orchestra. There is no mystery concerning the title. It is simply the timing of the piece. (I'm running out of titles.) Larry Graham Alexander2 points

"Big Band Funk" by Larry Graham Alexander. Yes, I know. Funk isn't exactly THE music of the day. I wrote it years ago when Funk was on the scene.2 points

I think that's a great idea. I have no problem with some one not learning English. My attempt to learn French years ago was....tres mal. 🥴2 points

Sweetwater. Ugh. They call and talk to me like a long lost buddy that I owe for a bar tab or something, then when I get annoyed and say "Sorry, who the hell is this?", they reply "It's Biff over at Sweetwater. You bought a dozen drumsticks on sale for 99¢ from us and I'm just wondering how they're working out for ya?".... I can help but think "they wouldn't do it if it didn't work". I don't mind the junk mail so much, other than for my often luke warmer than they should be eco concerns.2 points

No kidding! But you left off the 2 very good Melda reverbs - MConvolutionEZ and MCharmVerb. Oh! 2 more excellent verbs by AconDigital - ReverbSolo and Verberate Basic. OH! And don't forget the very excellent one by Zynaptic - Subspace! I'm sure I'm missing a few... Voxengo 's got one which I'm sure is good, but I've just never gotten around to trying it... 😀2 points

I ditched MF emails awhile back as well. Who thought it would be a good idea to send multiple emails a day?!?!? I think I'll do the same for several other companies soon. Larry does a better job anyway.2 points

The only important part is written in English, the man has problems with REAC in the latest CbB version. I think it is also not correct to claim that "nobody knows" the language of the largest country in the world 😉 Yes, it is not in the list of official languages of current "Cakewalk home". But since "Cakewalk country" has 4 official languages, I think it is ok to use different languages in this forum, no?2 points
